Terms of Service

Access is available to employees of organisations with an active Aurelia programme, and, where the employer has selected that option, to partners and dependants aged 18 or over.

Access continues for 30 days after your last working day so that ongoing therapy is not interrupted abruptly.

Aurelia does not provide crisis or emergency care and is not monitored around the clock. If you are at immediate risk, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line.

Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge more than 24 hours in advance. Later cancellations and missed sessions count towards your allowance because the therapist's time has been reserved.

Therapists on the Aurelia network are independent, licensed professionals responsible for their own clinical practice, records and professional indemnity. Aurelia verifies credentials, sets standards and provides the platform through which sessions are arranged.

You agree not to misuse the service, share your account, or record sessions without the explicit consent of everyone present.
